Dassault Systèmes develops and markets PLM software solutions and services that support industrial processes Aerospace & Defense, Life Sciences, Engineering & Construction, Consumer goods - distribution, FMCG.

Their expansion strategies throughout Nordics & UK brought the need for sales executives in those respective regions.

Having their [Dassault’s] own HR function focussing on recruitment brought some results, however the talent pools were becoming restricted.

The Solution

A partnership with Finlay James, whereby a managed service approach was taken to handle Dassault’s key sales hires for the regions, was agreed. 

Finlay James were able to delegate their international teams to the Nordics hires, and later on, the UK team for their channel partner executives.

The Outcome

ROI to date of ~2566% from total spend vs profit achievements to date from the sales team placed.

Finlay James were able to succeed in fulfilling Dassault’s requirements across the agreed territories. Of the 5 profiles found for the positions, all 5 are still at Dassault today, providing positive ROI.
