Pivigo, an early-stage business, were in need of an experienced sales executive to accelerate their sales in the UK.
When Pivigo were approached by FJ, they had already met with a number of candidates who lacked the required skills and experience for this crucial role.
FJ took a full specification for the opportunity and it became apparent that the search required an active head-hunt approach.
FJ’s consultants were briefed on the specifics of the client’s requirements and a lead search consultant was assigned to the role so that an active “head-hunt” could take place.
Throughout the search process, close contact was kept between FJ and Pivigo’s COO, Jason Muller. This meant that regular updates were taking place and the search was kept as targeted as possible.
A large number of candidates were spoken with by FJ consultants and a shortlist was eventually provided to Pivigo in the form of a consultancy call.
This took place over the phone and gave Jason Muller (COO) the chance to discuss the skills and experience of each candidate with the consultant who had initially interviewed them.
From this point, interviews were scheduled in the client’s diary and CVs were forwarded for interview purposes.
Just 30 working days after client engagement, a successful candidate commenced employment with Pivigo following a streamlined interview process.
Since commencing employment, both parties (client and candidate) have expressed their satisfaction in the outcome of Finlay James’ introduction.
