​The Role:

  • Account Executive positon, managing the full sales cycle and also selling through the channel

  • There is not much cold calling as they have a lot of warm leads

  • You will be selling to Director level and above

  • You will be predominantly based in the San Francisco office but there is also an office in Seattle so you should be based from either of the offices although there is some flexibility

  • This will involve effectively communicating the value proposition through presentations, demos and proposals

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You should have 5 years SaaS sales experience and an understanding of the recruitment industry; alternatively worked in recruitment and have 2-3 years SaaS sales experience

  • This role will also involve selling at Director to C-level so you should be comfortable doing this

  • Ideally you will have sold to large enterprises

  • You should be proactive and entrepreneurial, with the drive and energy that fits into a top performing team
