The Role: 

  • This is Account Management role due to the growth of the business

  • You will manage anywhere from 2-20 accounts depending on the size

  • This will mean working cross vertical rather than within one industry

  • Typically you would deals with Director of Operations, Operations Managers and Marketing teams for QBRs

  • You should be based from the San Francisco for this role

  • You should be a good communicator, analytical by nature/data driven, proactive and empathetic

  • Leadership is also important as they look to grow in a start up environment

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Account Management or Customer Success experience with relationship building skills

  • You should come from a SaaS background and have strong skills around Excel, Tableau or Chartio

  • You will be comfortable with data to succeed in this position
