Role:

  • Focus on client satisfaction and building a relationship with customers

  • Responsible for all commercial aspects of your portfolio with encouraged growth and healthy retention rate

  • By understanding clients, use cases and know how to best use the platform

  • Provide excellent project management and thus engage closely with other teams

  • Looking after 30-40 accounts

  • Total ARR $1million

  • Joining as the second AM in the New York office

Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years experience in SaaS B2B account management (ideally MarTech/AdTech)

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience

  • Excellent skills in client management, communication and negotiation

  • A success-orientated and self-motivated personality with optimistic “can-do” mentality

  • Willingness to travel (post-pandemic)

What you get:

  • $80,000 - $100,000 + OTE depending on experience
