The Role:

  • Responsible for growing and managing the BDR team in New York.

  • Set the direction and empower the success of your team by training them to be more effective at engaging with prospect businesses.

  • You will lead operational execution for outbound performance, forecasting, and strategic coaching.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 1+ years in a BDR sales management/team lead role.

  • Experience working for a start-up, ideally in a SaaS/Payments environment.

  • You have past experience in closing deals, prospecting, cold outreach and lead generation.

  • Based in New York.
