Customer Success Manager role supporting the sales and presales team
You will handle the migration and implementation from the handover from sales working closely with presales
They sell mainly to Services, Media and SaaS businesses but your focus will be mainly on Enterprise accounts
You will deal with multiple accounts which amounts to around $1.5million in revenue. You should be used to deals $100k+ ARR in size.
You will be tasked with identifying opportunities to land and expand or cross-sell to before passing to the account management team
The role doesn’t have much travel so expect 20-25% including a trip to India at least once a year
This client is a pre-IPO startup in payments SaaS space.
They have received over $20million funding so far and some of their investors have been behind big names like Twitter, BMC, Hootsuite, Facebook, Dropbox, Deliveroo, Slack, and Spotify so you're in good hands.
They had 400% growth last year and are planning over 300% this year.
You will get trips to abroad a few times a year including 3 weeks training so the prospect of international travel from time to time should excite you.
You'll be based in the Salt Lake City office
