Solution is an AI/Machine Leanring platform that helps both financial and insurance clients price their products competitively but most importantly make better decisions.
Not only does the solution out perform legacy systems in terms of its ability to out price competitors, companies can adjust the solution quickly with new legislation or changes to risk factors.

As the first Customer Success Manager for US territory you will be responsible for putting procedures in place.
You will be the first point of call for all US & LATAM client so the ability to speak Spanish &/OR Portguese is advantageous.
Using your experience you will look for opportunities for Upsell & Cross-sell opportunities to pass across to the sales team.
This role is not going to confide you to your desk and will involve up to 20% travel.
