This role is focussed on onboarding clients and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.
You will be making your customers aware of new products and develop account plans to support them, long-term.
Your role will also focus on forecasting and reporting.
The Ideal Candidate:
You MUST have 2-3 years experience in a similar role i.e. customer success/account management.
The ideal background is someone from a Martech/Adtech/Business Intelligence background.
You NEED SaaS experience.
