The Role:

  • This role is focussed on onboarding clients and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.

  • You will be making your customers aware of new products and develop account plans to support them, long-term.

  • Your role will also focus on forecasting and reporting.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You MUST have 2-3 years experience in a similar role i.e. customer success/account management.

  • The ideal background is someone from a Martech/Adtech/Business Intelligence background.

  • You NEED SaaS experience.
