Expanding into the US are looking to grow the small team currently based just outside of Boston.
Solution is an AI/Machine learning platform that helps both financial and insurance clients price their products competitively but most importantly make better decisions.
Not only does the solution out perform legacy systems in terms of its ability to out price competitors, companies can adjust the solution quickly with new legislation or changes to risk factors.
With a brand new office soon to be finished being rennovated it is an exceptionally exciting time to join this organisation
Be the customer advocate within the organization - operating as the lead point of contact for customer matters specific to your accounts. Representing the company at customer accounts and voicing customers’ needs internally
Establish productive and close relationships with key stakeholders at customer accounts, and hold regular meetings (both onsite and remote) with customers
Using your experience you will look for opportunities for Upsell & Cross-sell opportunities to pass across to the sales team.
This role is not going to confide you to your desk and will involve up to 20% travel.
$110K + 20% - 401K, Stock & Healthcare.
After an initial conversation with a Finlay James consultant, the process is 4 stages long with conversations with HR, The VP of Sales, Head of Professional Services and COO.
