Customer Success Manager role
You will handle the migration and implementation from the handover from sales working closely with presales
They sell mainly to Services, Media and SaaS businesses but your focus will be mainly on Enterprise accounts
You will deal with multiple accounts but should have experience working with and handling deals $100k+ ARR
You will be tasked with identifying opportunities to land and expand or cross-sell to before passing to the account management team
You will be based from home in the US
This client is a pre-IPO startup in payments SaaS space.

You will get trips to abroad a few times a year including training so the prospect of international travel from time to time should excite you.

The Ideal Candidate:
7 years’ experience in SaaS
You should have worked in a Customer Success Manager position for this time
Ideally you will come from the Fintech space although this is not essential
You must understand APIs and Cloud Computing
You should be based remotely in the US
