• Remote, but need to be based in the Bay Area for future purposes.
The Ideal Candidate
• Minimum 2 years Customer Success or relevant experience.
• You will be comfortable holding a low-level technical conversation.
• Open on background however Mobile, Data-driven Marketing or MarTech SaaS industry preferred.
• Managing a book of business close to $2million.
