The Job

  • Customer Success role managing approx 6-10 strategic clients.

  • Relationship, success & strategy focused rather than working towards aggressive sales targets.

  • Based from San Francisco and supporting the North America team & client base.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 2 years CSM or AM experience.

  • Essential experience in the Advertising SaaS industry, preferably with mobile app experience.

  • Ideally an understanding on how to run a paid social advertising campaign.

  • Comfortable with analysing and telling a story from a large & complex set of data.


What You Get

  • $120,000 - $130,000 basic salary + bonus
