Director of Sales North America managing the sales team
You will have reports in working remotely reporting in to you
The team size is currently at 10 including the managers who report into you
You will be based from the office in San Francisco or Salt Lake City
The North America revenue number will be anywhere from $5m-$7m in size and will fall under your responsibility
Right now 80% is inbound and 20% outbound in terms of the sales team breakdown but the plan is to grow the outbound function and the team. It’s likely they will get to 15 by the end of the year.
There will be less than 50% travel in the role

Thy have received over $40million funding so far and some of their investors have been behind big names like Twitter, BMC, Hootsuite, Facebook, Dropbox, Deliveroo, Slack, and Spotify so you're in good hands.
They have experience exponential growth and plan to continue that trend
You will get trips to abroad a few times a year including training so the prospect of international travel from time to time should excite you.

The Ideal Candidate:
7+ years experience for a SaaS start up in an outbound sales role
You should have 3-4 years management experience for fast growth start ups
Ideally you will dealt with deal sizes around $50k-$100k
Ideally you will come from the Fintech space although SaaS is also fine
