The Role:
This is an Enterprise Customer Success Manager role
It will be one of the first Customer Success Managers in the US
You can be based anywhere in the US but there is a preference on the East Coast
You will manage around 15-20 accounts immediately and these will be tiered based on their size
As a Customer Success Manager you are responsible for renewal, up-sell, implementation and onboarding but would likely bring in a sales rep for cross-sells.

They were recognised by leading research firms multiple times.
The Ideal Candidate:
3-5 years Enterprise Customer Success experience.
You must have a BI/analytics background.
You must be technical as do onboarding and implementation as well as upsell/renewal.
This position can be based anywhere in the US but with an East Coast preference.
What You’ll Get:
Basic Salary: $120,000-$140,000 with a 20%
