The Role:

  • This is an Enterprise Customer Success Manager role

  • It will be one of the first Customer Success Managers in the US

  • You can be based anywhere in the US but there is a preference on the East Coast

  • You will manage around 15-20 accounts immediately and these will be tiered based on their size

  • As a Customer Success Manager you are responsible for renewal, up-sell, implementation and onboarding but would likely bring in a sales rep for cross-sells.

  • Series C funded and raised over $60million in funding

  • 2019 was a record year for them

  • They were recognised by leading research firms multiple times.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 3-5 years Enterprise Customer Success experience.

  • You must have a BI/analytics background.

  • You must be technical as do onboarding and implementation as well as upsell/renewal.

  • This position can be based anywhere in the US but with an East Coast preference.
