The Role:
This is an Enterprise Customer Success Manager role which will grow into a leadership role eventually
It will be one of the first Customer Success Managers in the US
You can be based anywhere in the US but there is a preference on the East Coast
You will manage around 15-20 accounts immediately and these will be tiered based on their size
As a Customer Success Manager you are responsible for renewal, up-sell, implementation and onboarding but would likely bring in a sales rep for cross-sells

Series C funded and raised over $60million in funding
2019 was a record year for them
They were recognised by leading research firms multiple times
The Ideal Candidate:
3-5 years Enterprise Customer Success experience.
You must have a BI/analytics background.
This person must also have 1-2 years management experience
You must be technical as do onboarding and implementation as well as upsell/renewal.
This position can be based anywhere in the US but with an East Coast preference
What You’ll Get:
Basic Salary: $140,000-$160,000 with a 20%
