​The Role:

  • Head of Sales Operations position supporting the sales, presales, partnership and customer success teams.

  • Your responsibility will be global and will include managing 5 revenue ops people based out of India

  • The role will be to ensure sales operational excellence

  • You will look into metrics like productivity, lead to sales analysis and segment/account trends to identify any potential issues impacting the operations/strategy

  • This will be sales focussed helping to optimize process, training, forecasting, pipeline and CRM data

  • You will be based from the office in San Francisco or Salt Lake City

  • Your job will also include helping with sales pipelining and forecasting

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 5-7 years Sales Operations experience for a SaaS start up

  • Ideally you will have run, built and grown the sales operations division

  • Ideally you will come from the Fintech space although SaaS is also fine
