Head of Sales Operations position supporting the sales, presales, partnership and customer success teams.
Your responsibility will be global and will include managing 5 revenue ops people based out of India
The role will be to ensure sales operational excellence
You will look into metrics like productivity, lead to sales analysis and segment/account trends to identify any potential issues impacting the operations/strategy
This will be sales focussed helping to optimize process, training, forecasting, pipeline and CRM data
You will be based from the office in San Francisco or Salt Lake City
Your job will also include helping with sales pipelining and forecasting
This client is a pre-IPO startup in payments SaaS space.
Thy have received over $40million funding so far and some of their investors have been behind big names like Twitter, BMC, Hootsuite, Facebook, Dropbox, Deliveroo, Slack, and Spotify so you're in good hands.

You will get trips to abroad a few times a year including training so the prospect of international travel from time to time should excite you.

The Ideal Candidate:
5-7 years Sales Operations experience for a SaaS start up
Ideally you will have run, built and grown the sales operations division
Ideally you will come from the Fintech space although SaaS is also fine
