Your role will be to support customers with onboarding, training and troubleshooting technical issues
You will be providing technical support via email or their chat function, providing product knowledge and expertise along with excellent customer service
You will be a customer advocate and act as a liaison between the customer and development.

The Ideal Candidate:
You will have 1-3 years support or technical customer success experience for a complex SaaS vendor
Ideally you will have worked within the Social SaaS space or have exposure to the platform at an agency
You will need to be comfortable working independently and remotely.
