​The Role:

  • Your role will be to support customers with onboarding, training and troubleshooting technical issues

  • You will be providing technical support via email or their chat function, providing product knowledge and expertise along with excellent customer service

  • You will be a customer advocate and act as a liaison between the customer and development.

The Ideal Candidate:

You will have 1-3 years support or technical customer success experience for a complex SaaS vendor

  • Ideally you will have worked within the Social SaaS space or have exposure to the platform at an agency

  • You will need to be comfortable working independently and remotely.

What You’ll Get:

  • $70,000 basic salary plus 10% bonus paid biannually
