The Role:

  • This is a Sales Manager role managing the midmarket team who sell to companies $1m-$25m in revenue

  • You will manage 6-8 Account Executives

  • You should have strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills

  • Accounts are passed to customer success team. The team also have Presales support

  • You will be based from home anywhere in the US

  • Average order values range from $50k in size and sales cycles are around 60-90 days

  • Each rep will be targeted somewhere around $500k-$750k

  • You will get trips to abroad a few times a year including training so the prospect of international travel from time to time should excite you.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2-3 years managing new business SaaS Account Executives

  • 5+ years selling as an individual contributor for a SaaS company

  • Ideally you will come from the Fintech space

  • You should be based remote in the US
