The Role:

This is an Operations Manager role for the US team on the East Coast
You should be based in New York from the office when things are back to normal
As this is a start up company, you will have a lot of autonomy and your role will be varied but that may require wearing several hats. You will definitely need to be very hands on and hard working to be successful
Your role will involve order management and carrier relations
The day to day will also involve using customer service/support tools
