The Role:

  • The Sales Director is a 100% new business role selling to the Federal Government

  • Your territory will be the Federal Government and you should be based from the Washington DC area

  • Accounts will be passed to customer success team and you will have Presales/Marketing support

  • Deal sizes are on average $250k - $750k and take an average of 6 - 9 months to complete but can go much higher

  • You should have experience selling to DOD specifically and ideally DHS and DOJ

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 10+ years of strategic solution selling experience and strong proven track record

  • Deal sizes that are $250,000 or more in annual license size

  • You should have sold to the Federal government – DOD, DHS or DOJ

  • Based in the Washington DC area

What You’ll Get:

  • Basic salary: $130,000-$165,000 with a Double OTE
