This is a strategic role has been created due to exceptional organic growth. Your mission as the first Sales Enablement Manager will be to ensure new sales people are efficiency onboarded and ready to quickly contribute. Secondly, you’ll be pivotal to upskilling the existing sales team to achieve at an elevated level. If you’re passionate about supporting and developing sales people in a fast-paced start-up environment this could be the perfect role for you.
This is a home-based contract where you can work remotely anywhere in the UK.
Reporting directly to the VP or Sales you’ll primarily be training new and existing sales people on best practice, helping ensure they contribute effectively to targets.
Working closely with the Sales Operations Analyst to collect and interpreted industry as well as sales data to ensure effective routes to market within a competitor landscape.
You’ll have full ownership of sales collateral including the ever-evolving sales playbook and its use by the wider commercial team.

The Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 2 years Sales Enablement experience within a SaaS environment with an in-depth understanding of how to execute high quality sales strategy and onboarding.
You’ll have an in-depth understanding of Sales Enablement processes
You’ll enjoy developing and running compelling training programs from inception through to delivery.
You’ll ideally have exposure to revenue intelligence platforms such as Gong.
You have strong communication skills and a desire to work cross functionally
