The Role:

  • This is a 100% net new business role so you must be a hunter by nature

  • There will be the possibility to expand in the accounts you close

  • You should expect to do full cycle sales and although they have some inbound you will need to create your own opportunities

  • This is a complex sales process and so you will be dealing with multiple stakeholders

  • Sales cycles can be 6 months+ and average deals sizes can go to $100k+

  • You will be based remotely in the US ideally in a major city

The Company:

  • They are an exciting SaaS start up who are an emerging category in the IoT space. This is an industry that has been undisrupted for a while but is crying out for it.

  • They are Series A funded having received over $5 million to expand operations in the US having proven success in EMEA

  • Having grown continually in 2020 they plan to grow 3x in 2021

  • You will be one of the first in the US team in a market that is greenfield for them

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You should have Enterprise SaaS sales experience selling to commercial real estate

  • OR you should have sold CMMS

  • You should also sell to VP’s of Operations or COO’s

  • You should have sold a complex product to multiple stakeholders in the same process

  • The right person will have a strong proven track record in Enterprise SaaS Sales
