​The Role:

  • This role came about through expansion!

  • You will be managing the company's existing clients and ensure you get the most out of each account.

  • Ensure client satisfaction, up-sell and cross-sell into existing accounts.

  • For this role you need experience in an Account Management or Customer Success role as well as experience working with big accounts within the US federal space.

  • Be prepared to travel up to 50% of your time. You will also spend some time in the Washington DC office but no need to be there every day of your week.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 10 years experience in Account Management or Customer Success

  • Solid background in expanding existing accounts, up-selling & cross-selling

  • Experience in the Federal space - you have worked with accounts such as Homeland Security, DOD, FBI, CIA
