You will be managing the company's existing clients and ensure you get the most out of each account.
Ensure client satisfaction, up-sell and cross-sell into existing accounts.
For this role you need experience in an Account Management or Customer Success role as well as experience working with big accounts within the US federal space.
Be prepared to travel up to 50% of your time. You will also spend some time in the Washington DC office but no need to be there every day of your week.

The Ideal Candidate:
10 years experience in Account Management or Customer Success
Solid background in expanding existing accounts, up-selling & cross-selling
Experience in the Federal space - you have worked with accounts such as Homeland Security, DOD, FBI, CIA
What You’ll Get:
