The Job

  • Senior Customer success role managing the Enterprise accounts in the US

  • You should have experience in SaaS products ideally managing large accounts

  • The clients are in the travel, high tech and BPO space

  • You will be office based in San Francisco

  • You will manage and maintain the relationships of their clients

  • You will be helping to on board customers too

The Ideal Candidate

  • Have you got experience as a Senior Customer Success Manager?

  • We’re looking for people with SaaS experience

  • Do you have knowledge of BPOs?

  • Have you got a strong proven track record?

  • Dynamic, driven and intelligent. Sound like you?
