Job Title: Senior Customer Success Manager

The Role:

  • First Customer Success Manager on the ground in the US

  • You should be based from Chicago

  • The focus will be on a smaller number of enterprise accounts helping them to drive true value from the product. There will be 6-10 accounts

  • Average revenue per client will be $150k ARR with the renewal process taking 30-45 days typically

  • Implementation of new clients is typically 3 months

  • If successful, you could even build a team in the US as they look to grow

The Company:

  1. Pre-IPO SaaS start up in the logistics space

  2. Have been ranked a fastest growing company by a leading consulting firm

  3. Series D funded bringing their total funding to over $35million

  4. Having hired over 100 people globally in the last quarter and they are continuing to expand in US, EMEA and APAC

  5. This role would be the first CSM on the ground in the US and so if successful could move into a leadership position

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years in Enterprise Customer Success at a SaaS company

  • Ideally this will be in logistics or ecommerce tech

  • Ideally you will have worked with an international business as they are truly global

  • You should have a start up or growth mindset to be successful in this role

  • You must be based in Chicago
