The Role:

  • Senior Manager of Business Development for the Americas and Global

  • You will manage both inbound and outbound which currently includes a team of 8 plus a manager in North America and also in the UK

  • Your role will be managing the inbound and building the outbound business development team for North America and Global

  • You should be based in Toronto

  • The plan is to grow this to a team of 6 more BDRs who are outbound focussed

  • Your role will involve building out the process and implementing best practice in order to support the outbound lead generation function for the sales team

The Ideal Candidate:

  • We need someone who has 5-10 years building SaaS Business Development teams

  • Ideally you will come from the MarTech space, although this is not essential

  • You should be a strong leader and coach while bringing process and structure to the organisation

  • You should have done this in an Outbound role
