The Role:

  • A 100% new business role as an individual contributor to begin with

  • If successful you could move into the Head of Sales role eventually

  • There will be a chance to upsell and cross sell but eventually the account will be passed to operations

  • Your quota is likely to be around $3million once fully ramped

  • With deals in the multi million $ range it is very achievable. Sales cycles can range from 6-18 months depending on the client

  • You will be based in New York

  • This role sells to C-level legal and professional services firms

The Company:

  • A boutique outsourcing and staffing firm. The only business in their space in the US to do both

  • They are a multi-million revenue business with plans to double in the next 3-5 years so there is a huge growth opportunity for the right person

  • 2/3s of the business is from outsourcing so this person will have a huge impact in growth

  • Eventually this role will grow into the Head of Sales role if successful

  • With recent senior additions to the team, they are really setting up for fast growth and hiring some important positions as part of this.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You should have sold outsourcing, BPO or LPO previously

  • The ideal candidate will have over 10 years experience

  • You must have sold multimillion $ deals

  • You must have sold to C-level within Law Firms

What You’ll Get:
