The Role:
A 100% new business role as an individual contributor to begin with
If successful you could move into the Head of Sales role eventually
There will be a chance to upsell and cross sell but eventually the account will be passed to operations
Your quota is likely to be around $3million once fully ramped
With deals in the multi million $ range it is very achievable. Sales cycles can range from 6-18 months depending on the client
You will be based in New York
This role sells to C-level legal and professional services firms
The Company:
A boutique outsourcing and staffing firm. The only business in their space in the US to do both
They are a multi-million revenue business with plans to double in the next 3-5 years so there is a huge growth opportunity for the right person
2/3s of the business is from outsourcing so this person will have a huge impact in growth
Eventually this role will grow into the Head of Sales role if successful
With recent senior additions to the team, they are really setting up for fast growth and hiring some important positions as part of this.
The Ideal Candidate:
You should have sold outsourcing, BPO or LPO previously
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years experience
You must have sold multimillion $ deals
You must have sold to C-level within Law Firms
What You’ll Get:
