​The Role:

  • Customer Solutions Engineer supporting the customer service team once clients are onboarded

  • Based from the Salt Lake City office in the US as the first support here

  • If successful this role could quite quickly grow into a Technical Account Manager role

  • Typically the CSMs have a $2million ARR book of business which you will be the technical support for

  • Pre-IPO start up in payments space

  • Doubled in growth last year and are averaging 100% year on year

  • First customer support person in US so a great chance to progress into a potential management role if successful. You will be supporting the first CSM in the US

  • Received recent funding which means they’ve had around $40 million in total

  • They are also one of the fastest growing companies in the SaaS 1000

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2-7 years in a tech support role

  • Experience with troubleshooting and a high level understanding of programming and API's.

  • Ideally strong skills in HTML, Javascript. 

  • Ideal if you have sold specifically to ecommerce/retail/brands
