This is a Solutions Engineer position with a focus on being the presales support for the sales team
You will be based in New York in the office
As this is a start up company, you will have a lot of autonomy and your role will be varied but that may require wearing several hats. You will definitely need to be very hands on and hard working to be successful
You will support sales and ensure that the prospects and merchants are comfortable from a technical stand point in the sales process and then work with the Project Management team to build out an implement a solution that works.

The Ideal Candidate:
5-10 years exp in Presales for a SaaS business
Ideally you should have an ecommerce background.
Ideally you will be technical and have been a developer
You should be based in New York.
