The Role:

  • Second Support Engineer for North America

  • Provide customer support to clients across North America and resolve their technical issues - this can be done via phone, online, email, etc.

  • Conduct troubleshooting to get to the bottom network problems

  • Be a trusted advisor for their customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Resolve problems independently, escalate when necessary and collaborate with other stakeholders in the company to provide the best solution

  • This is a remotely based role from anywhere in the Eastern Time Zone

The Company:

  • Small but well-established Cyber Security company

  • Entirely self-financed by the Co-founders and through revenue from sales - no investors on their shoulders getting involved in decision-making

  • Have grown organically over the past 10 years

  • They are kicking things off in the US and are seeing great traction already with lots of incoming leads

  • They have received several awards for their solutions

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Layer 2 and Layer 3 Support experience within networking, routing, switching

  • 2+  years of experience in a technical support role within a technology company - ideally cyber security
