The Role:

  • Your role is to build and manage the Customer Success team.

  • You will be a hands on leader and support with critical accounts, onboarding and implementation.

  • You will be responsible for implementing processes such as a customer success plan.

  • Your role is to develop the team and ensure they are highly motivated to deliver a supreme level of customer service.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 10 years experience in a customer success function.

  • 3+ years of leadership, managing at least 5 people.

  • Ideally you will have start-up experience.

  • You will need to have worked within the SaaS eco-system.

  • You will need to have strong technical experience preferably around data tools.
