Your role is to build and manage the Customer Success team.
You will be a hands on leader and support with critical accounts, onboarding and implementation.
You will be responsible for implementing processes such as a customer success plan.
Your role is to develop the team and ensure they are highly motivated to deliver a supreme level of customer service.

The Ideal Candidate:
10 years experience in a customer success function.
3+ years of leadership, managing at least 5 people.
Ideally you will have start-up experience.
You will need to have worked within the SaaS eco-system.
You will need to have strong technical experience preferably around data tools.
