The Role:

  • Customer Success Manager and Team lead role with a team of 3

  • Managing 20-30 existing accounts and be seen as a 'trusted advisor' at C-level

  • Improve revenue growth through customer satisfaction and anticipating customer needs.

  • Monitor and execute account plans and manage analytics and reporting to provide visibility to customers performance and growth opportunities.  

  • Deliver customer training and conduct weekly, monthly and annual meetings with clients remotely.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 3-5 years’ experience within a Customer Success position for a SaaS business.

  •   You should have some Team Lead experience

  •   Experience of ecommerce or payment gateway software is ideal but not essential.

  •    Preference for experience of working with tier 1 global brands or retailers.Analytical, Consultative and Inquisitive by nature. You should be strong with excel
