Monitor and execute account plans and manage analytics and reporting to provide visibility to customers performance and growth opportunities.
Deliver customer training and conduct weekly, monthly and annual meetings with clients remotely.

The Ideal Candidate:
3-5 years’ experience within a Customer Success position for a SaaS business.
You should have some Team Lead experience
Experience of ecommerce or payment gateway software is ideal but not essential.
Preference for experience of working with tier 1 global brands or retailers.Analytical, Consultative and Inquisitive by nature. You should be strong with excel
