This is a Technical Support Engineer role for the US market
You should be based from the Atlanta office normally
You will be the Tier 1 and Tier 2 support both internally and externally.
This will involve dealing with Merchants and technical aspects, monitoring tools and technical escalation
To be successful you will need to be open minded and creative technically
This is not a 9-5 type role so you may be required to work outside of typical work hours and you may be on call at strange hours, so you should be flexible
Your job will entail software troubleshooting, system configuration, cloud infrastructure and solving problems for clients.
