​The Role:

  • This is a Technical Support Engineer role for the US team

  • You will be part of the team who support any issues clients may have

  • You can be based remotely anywhere in the US for this job

  • The role will involve fielding tickets as well as clients calling in with issues

  • The team is looking to build a philosophy of the effortless experience for the support team

  • To be successful you will need to be a strong communicator

  • Your role will involve troubleshooting and QA testing

The Company:

  • Private Equity backed, profitable start up whose plan is to be acquired

  • They have been growing 25-30% year over year but now due to their new backing, they plan to scale

  • Plans to double the sales team this year and again next year

  • With 210 clients already some of which are in the Fortune 500, they have a good proof of concept

  • Named a leader in the Sales Enablement space by multiple research firms

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2-3 years in a support role for SaaS.

  • Ideally Telephony background or a Sales enablement background

  • You must be able to troubleshoot & QA as well as handle clients calling in

  • You should have working for a fast growth start up previously

  • You should be based remotely in the US

What You’ll Get:
