The Role:

  • This is a Technical Support Engineer role for the US market

  • You should be based from the Atlanta office normally

  • You will be the Tier 1 and Tier 2 support both internally and externally.

  • This will involve dealing with Merchants and technical aspects, monitoring tools and technical escalation

  • To be successful you will need to be open minded and creative technically

  • This is not a 9-5 type role so you may be required to work outside of typical work hours and you may be on call at strange hours, so you should be flexible

  • Your job will entail software troubleshooting, system configuration, cloud infrastructure and solving problems for clients

  • Database and SQL knowledge.

  • Troubleshooting exp is ideal

  • Ideally web debugging, computer science or programming background

  • You should be based in Atlanta
