The Role:

  • VP Customer Success role, responsible for all Customer Success activities & outcomes

  • You will be managing a team of 5 initially

  • You will have to grow out and manage the customer success team. The plan is to grow the team to 10 in 2021.

  • This role will be based from anywhere in the US

The Company:

  • Private Equity backed, profitable start up whose plan is to be acquired

  • They have been growing 25-30% year over year but now due to their new backing, they plan to scale

  • Plans to double the sales team this year and again next year

  • With 210 clients already some of which are in the Fortune 500, they have a good proof of concept

  • Named a leader in the Sales Enablement space by multiple research firms

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You must have built out and managed a Customer Success department

  • You should come from a SaaS startup that sells a NICE to have solution to sales/marketing departments

  • Ideally you will be from the SaaS Sales Enablement space

  • A combined background of post-sale and sales experience preferred

  • You should have worked at the Enterprise level

  • You can be based anywhere in the US
