The Role:

  • VP Commercial Sales role as a second line manager

  • You will be managing a team of reps focussing on their midmarket-enterprise level with businesses $1.5bn and below

  • There are currently 6 Commercial AE’s, 1 BDR Manager and 7 BDR’s that you will be responsible for.

  • The plan is to grow significantly in 2021 with plans to reach 50 reps and 4 or 5 managers by the end of 2021.

  • Accounts will be on a win and retain basis to begin with

  • Average order values are about $50k with sales cycles around 3-6 months

  • This role will be based from Boston

The Company:

  • Private Equity backed, profitable start up whose plan is to be acquired

  • They have been growing 25-30% year over year but now due to their new backing, they plan to scale

  • Plans to double the sales team this year and again next year

  • With 210 clients already some of which are in the Fortune 500, they have a good proof of concept

  • Named a leader in the Sales Enablement space by multiple research firms

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience scaling SaaS startup sales teams from $15m-$60m+ in size

  • This must be a NICE to have solution not a NEED to have

  • You should have experience as a second line manager

  • You should be based in Boston
