This is a strategic role has been created due to exceptional organic growth. Your mission will be to help this well-funded and profitable, SaaS business scale to the next level through strategic expansion of their existing account base. You will lead the team, working closely with the CEO and CRO to deliver exponential ARR growth through strategic retention, renewal and expansion plans.
This is a home-based contract where you can work remotely anywhere in the UK or US (other locations considered too providing the skill set is aligned)
Leading the growth initiative within the Customer Success function globally
Overseeing the growth and contract renewals of existing Enterprise customers
Ensuring the delivery of onboarding, training and user adoption through Customer Success Managers
Executing a strategic land and expand formula Enterprise accounts in the UK & US
Full ownership of the retention, renewals, cross sell and upsell activities to offer maximum ROI

The Ideal Candidate:
You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience leading a Customer Success department within a fast-paced SaaS start-up environment helping scale at pace.
You will have demonstratable experience exponentially growing ARR from an existing customer base through managing CSM and Account Managers
You will have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage high performance from a remote team located internationally
You will be able to provide structured sales coaching to team members to drive consistent revenue increase and help professional growth
You will work alongside the CRO and CEO to contribute to strategic growth plans offering insights from previous experience managing a CS function
You will be hands on in your approach to securing the targeted growth levels and be actively involved in sales into existing Enterprise clients
You will be a real team player contributing to the collaborative success of all teams across the UK & US
You have strong communication skills and a desire to work cross functionally
