Channel Director - CyberSecurity

Our client is the market leader in the OT space and they are the first company in their space to get funded. Currently seeking a Channel Director to join their team in the US.

The Role:

  • The focus of this position is to establish and manage the Value Added Reseller channel programme.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans which drive all aspects of the partner relationship including: sales and pipeline development, executive alignment, business development, enablement, business reviews and partner marketing.
  • Recruit new partners, on-board and enable them to generate new opportunities.
  • Work closely with the regional sales management team on development and execution of sales strategies.
  • Plan and execute, in collaboration with Channel Marketing Manager, activities and events that will generate and influence the business in the region.
  • Establish the company's public sector strategy
  • Enable partner resources to identify and qualify opportunities, deliver demos and close transactions
  • For this role you need a minimum of 5 years’ experience in channel roles.
  • You must have worked with cyber security re-sellers such as Optiv, SHI, WWT.
  • Ideally you will have some management experience and experience building a channel team.
  • For this role you can be based anywhere in the US.
  • Expect some travel in this position. This will depend on your own relationships with partner companies. If you can do most of your work on the phone or via virtual meetings while still maintaining strong relationships then that's fine. If you have to travel extensively to re-build old relationship etc then you need to be prepared for that.
