You are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and strengthening ongoing relationships with customers

  • You will be a critical junction between sales, customer success, product and R&D teams
  • You are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and strengthening ongoing relationships with customers
  • You are in charge of project deliver, implementation and giving customer's feedback to product teams
  • You are the client's main point of contact for any technical questions and queries they may have
  • This role is based in Boston and you are required in the office regularly
  • Some travel across the US is required

 

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years in a customer success engineer/ deployment engineer or equivalent role
  • Experience with web applications, Linux and Windows Operating Systems
  • Experience with Network Security
