Job Title: Customer Success Engineer
· As a Customer Success Engineer you will work with a diverse customer base, implementing, troubleshooting and consulting customers on solutions
· Support the Customer Success team in deal renewals, cross-sells etc.
· Scope out and potentitally build new integrations
· Support sales via sales engineering responsibilities
· San Francisco based with flexibility to work remotely
·Grown from $0 - $13million ARR in 4 years
· 207% growth in the last 2 years!
· Valued at $150 million without having to raise funds
· Aiming to double growth for the next 3 years
· Established customer base of over 1,500 consumers
The Ideal Candidate:
· 2 to 3 years of Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture/Engineering, or Success Engineering experience in B2B SaaS
· Problem-solving ability, customer centric outlook and excellent communication skills
· Experience working with cross-funtional team
