Customer Success Manager - New York

Accountable for training, on-boarding support and continued advisory to clients.

The Role:

  • Accountable for traing, onboarding support and continued advisory to clients.Be 
  • Responsible for customer's overall success, including adoption, renewals, customer health and satisfaction
  • Be the point of contact for customers throughout customer lifecycle, outline the success plan with customers and help them achieve it
  • Identify growth opportunities to expand usage within accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts with client and internal teams
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience with proactive communication and engagement to ensure customer success
  • Identify customers at risk and create recovery plan to retain them
  • Provide feedback to product teams based on customer requests
  • Conduct annual business reviews with elite customers
  • Inform customers with ROI on a quarterly basis
  • This role is based in NY and you will work remotely. If you prefer an office then the company will get you a WeWork

 

The Ideal Candidate:

 

  • Substantive (2-7 years ) in Cusomter success/ Account management from a Social SaaS background.
  • Exceptional listening and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional written and spoken communications skills
  • Experience of successfully building and maintaining meaningful relationships.
  • Terrific consultative selling skills and exceptional closing skills
  • Customer pipeline management skills
  • High degree of professionalism
  • Passion for customer success
  • Being able to multi-task and prioritize under pressure
  • Team player and fostering a positive, warm and collaborative working environment
