Enterprise Account Executive

This client is a private French Start-up in the E-learning space. They have set up in the US very recently and are looking to accelerate growth in the US significantly. This is the perfect time to join them as one of the first members of the US team.

The Role:

  • 100% new business development, win & pass - it's important you are comfortable with that!
  • This role is roughly 30% outbound - you will do your own prospecting and cold-calling - and 70% inbound.
  • You will manage the entire sales cycle yourself.
  • You will sell to companies that have between 2,500 and 10,000 employees.
  • The team in the US is currently the GM, 2 Strategic AEs (covering companies with 10k+ employees), 1
  • Mid-Market AE (up to 2,500 employees) and 1 Customer Success Manager.
  • Deal sizes are on average $40k for this role and take between 3 - 4 months to complete.
  • For this role you have to be based in NY or happy to commute into the city on a daily basis especially at the start. Once on-boarded, trained up and tracking well there will be more flexible working options for remote work. However, expect to be in the office for the first 3-4 months on a daily basis.
  • For this role you should have 3+ years experience in selling SaaS solutions to enterprise clients
  • You are currently new business focused and want to keep it that way.
  • You must have sold to C-level and commercial stakeholders not IT or Technical Professionals.
  • You will report into the General Manager for the US.

The Interview Process:

  • 1st call with GM.
  • 2nd meeting in the office including a sales exercise.
  • 3rd call with Co-founder.
