100% new business development, win & pass - it's important you are comfortable with that!
This role is roughly 30% outbound - you will do your own prospecting and cold-calling - and 70% inbound.
You will manage the entire sales cycle yourself.
You will sell to companies that have between 2,500 and 10,000 employees.
The team in the US is currently the GM, 2 Strategic AEs (covering companies with 10k+ employees), 1
Mid-Market AE (up to 2,500 employees) and 1 Customer Success Manager.
Deal sizes are on average $40k for this role and take between 3 - 4 months to complete.
For this role you have to be based in NY or happy to commute into the city on a daily basis especially at the start. Once on-boarded, trained up and tracking well there will be more flexible working options for remote work. However, expect to be in the office for the first 3-4 months on a daily basis.
For this role you should have 3+ years experience in selling SaaS solutions to enterprise clients
You are currently new business focused and want to keep it that way.
You must have sold to C-level and commercial stakeholders not IT or Technical Professionals.
You will report into the General Manager for the US.
