Senior Customer Success Manager (Renewals)

Our client is an established Corporate Performance Management company seeking a Senior CSM to join their team!

The Role:

  • This is a Senior Customer Success Role.
  • Based out of the Palo Alto office.
  • You will serve as a trusted advisor and thought-partner for customers.
  • You will be working with a large number of financial customers, and so must have experience in this.
  • This is a role focused on renewals and contract negotiations.
  • You will be responsible for identifying add-on and expansion opportunities within strategic customer accounts.
  • Liaising with the product management team about any key issues for their customer base.
