This is a Presales role supporting the sales team with a focus on the East Coast

The Role:

  • This is a Presales role supporting the sales team with a focus on the East Coast
  • You will be providing technical support and demos as a client facing consulting
  • You should be comfortable talking to a room of people about the product, leading workshops and presenting information to customers
  • The clients are in the travel, high tech, contact centre and BPO space
  • You will be office based in New York

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in a presales role
  • Working for a SaaS business
  • If you work with contact centres or BPOs or CRM solutions then this is a plus

  • $110,000-$120,000 basic salary with a very generous OTE around $150,000
