1. Begin the meeting with a 'Pre-close' and set the expectations of what you are aiming for.
2. Ensure all reservations and issues with regards to your ability to do the job are covered off before the end of the interview.
3. Ensure you 'Close' the interviewer(s) and gain either; a second interview, with time, date and what it will entail OR a specific time of when you will hear back from the interviewers, about the outcome of the interview.
